Dear Mr Burnett

I am not sure if you remember me but I am the lady who was stalked by a clerk malcolm mileham at natwest bank and yuo were the person who the bank ordered to fight me off.....I have tried to find closure on this situion and decided that the best way to do it is to ask you WHY you dealt with me in the manner you did, so at least if I understand why I can finally close this chapter of my life.....so I hope you have enough compassion and decency to answer this email so I can understand your viewpoint.

This happened 17 years ago when you worked at natwest legal and at the time the head of customer services Jeff Hartley refused to admit fault or say sorry even though Trevor Middleton and Brian Allen from Natwest had been to see me and had admitted that malcolm milehem had behaved badly (two yeas after in a meeting with Jeff Hartley he admitted malcolm mileham was stalking me but claimed he was doing so because he liked me.

From my memory you had been advised by natwest either by jeff hartley or by lord robert alexander of weedon to fight of my claim for the sake of the banks reputation and you bullied me quite badly claiming that "... if I went to the police about this matter the bank would not tell the police the truth and that if malcolm mileham raped me or stole from the banks using my accounts the bank would make sure I would get the blame so the banks reputation would not suffer"...I also remember you telling me if I fought the bank they would ruin my life...was this what they did to all customers who fought them?

I am sure that you would not have dealt with this case in such a way unless you had been told to do so and I wonder WHY did you deal with me like that and I wonder would you tell me WHO told you to bully me and threaten me like that... was it jeff hartley or lord robert alexander the chairman?

Natwests Jeff hartley ignored over 80 letters which I sent him WHY did he do this? You yourself also never answered any of theletters I sent you...WHY??

Please help me gain closure on these matters ...if I understand why you dealt with me like that it would help me close the chapter and move on
