Dear Mr Thomas

I have NO doubts you will remember the case....I ask you to answer me as to WHY you and the assistant banking Ombudsman Christopher Eadie KNOWINGLY wrote a report which was used maliciously and criminally to pervert the course of justice in my case against Natwest/RBS?David Rowland...You and Christopher Eadie KNEW that criminal matters are NOT in the remit of the banking ombudsman but are to be dealt with ONLY by the police so WHY did you not refer this case to the police when I was stalked and had my computer accounts broken into??

You and Christopher Eadie who had now retired deliberately and with malice wrote a report exonerating the bank and then when a subpoena was handed out ADMITTED you had written the repotr but had NO EVIDENCE for your findings...WHY then did yuo write the report instead of referring the matter to the police which was the proper procedure??
